  • If the property is part of a community of neighbors, we verify that it is up to date with the payment of installments.
  • We check if there are IBI receipts or other taxes pending payment.
  • We check to see if you have the insurance coverage required by law.
  • We check if the property is immersed in any legal procedure.
  • If you are going to purchase a home off-plan, we check everything that is required for this special situation, as an example, the Building Book, the certificate of occupancy, the Energy Efficiency Certificate, etc.
